Rooms and Rates

The Inn offers 10 spacious, tastefully decorated guest rooms, each with private bath. Eight of our rooms have magnificent ocean and Martha's Vineyard views;five with private balconies; one with kitchenette. Each guest room is well appointed with a comfortable queen-size bed, loads of pillows, a clock radio, a cable television, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, wireless Internet, ironing board, hair dryer, robes and lots of fluffy towels, French milled soaps and fine toiletries; as well as a large basket of beach towels. (Sand chairs under front deck.) A bountiful, sumptuous, full breakfast is available each morning between the hours of 8:30- 11 AM; breakfast may be enjoyed where ever the mood takes you...in the dining room with us, on your deck or in your guest room; or on the beach; it's up to you.

Shoulder Season:

4/15/11 - 6/9/11 and 9/11/11- 10/30/11

Quiet Season:

4/1/11 - 4/14/11 and 10/31/11 - 3/29/12

Accommodations vary by season and range from $135.00 to $345.00 per night.The rates are per room, double occupancy. A third guest is welcome in both our Oyster Pond and Fiddlers Cove rooms for an additional fee of $75.00 per night. Posted`rates are exclusive of 9.7% tax."
