| Minimum Stay | a three night minimum is requested on all weekend and holiday stays from Memorial day through Columbus Day, and a two night minimum is requested on other weekends during the shoulder season. A reduced minimum stay will be accepted within 14 days of all weekends and holidays. No minimum stay is requested on non-holiday weekdays or during the quiet season. |
| Deposits | a room deposit of two nights, or 50% of total stay, whichever is larger, will guarantee your reservation; balance being due prior to departure. |
| Cancellation | reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be refunded based upon our ability to rent the canceled room(s). Less a $25 processing fee. |
| Arrival/Departure | standard check-in time is from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M... If your travel plans allow you to arrive prior to 3, or require you to arrive after 6, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. |
| Groups | we will accept reservation requests for up to two rooms from couples traveling together, and/or couples attending the same function |
| Visitors | based upon parking limitations and our maximum legal occupancy, Inn on the Sound will accommodate registered guests only. |
| Tobacco Use | the guest rooms, common areas, decks and balconies - both public and private, as well as the grounds of our B&B, are smoke-free areas |
| Pets | the inn can accommodate our resident cat and dog only |
| Decorum | management reserves all of its rights to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the Inn by all of our guests. |
| Children | Well supervised children, 12 years of age and older, are welcome. |
